Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Wheeler account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
